Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, customer service, and technology sales, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the territory.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the territory.
