Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the territory.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the territory.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value to clients.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in technology sales is preferred; familiarity with technical products is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated business development acumen with a focus on account management strategies.
