Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

Reporting to: Regional Sales and Ops Manager

Classification: Full Time / Sales

Status: Exempt

**Purpose**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Generate sales/rentals of equipment and accessories consistent with budget levels for the designated sales territory
- Travel to existing and potential customers within a designated sales territory to further equipment rentals and sales through training, lunch/learns and product demonstrations
- Conduct sales administration tasks required to support sales activities and document changing customer profiles
- Maintain records of contacts, activities, leads, opportunities, and quotes using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools to ensure results are logged and forecast information is accurate
- Provide management with accurate pipeline forecasts of potential sales/rentals on an on-going basis
- Maintain dialog with existing customers to provide technical support, product information and updated pricing.
- Maintain an efficient, clean and organized branch.
- Ensure all equipment meets Pine quality standards.
- Confirm that customers are receiving clean, calibrated and working equipment.
- Follow operations workflow procedures from order through delivery and returns through invoicing.
- Other assigned tasks.

- Ensure excellent customer experience through each key touch point.
- Deliver exemplary service and quality products.
- Monitor and lead proactive customer satisfaction efforts.
- Partner with other departments as internal customers to achieve goals.
- Resolve any discrepancies that impact customer satisfaction.

**Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Ensure rental and sales revenue goals are achieved.
- Follow up on new and expanded business opportunities.
- Focus on customer retention methods.

**Knowledge, Skills, Core Competencies**
- Meet quarterly and annual business growth objectives for assigned territory.
- Build, implement, and monitor local and regional market development initiatives.
- Create and maintain sales plans to penetrate new and existing customers.
- Support the local and regional development of Pine’s National Account customers.
- Identify new local and regional customer relationships to capture incremental revenue.
- Expand Pine’s business with customers into additional company products and services.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities.
- Establish weekly schedule of daily customer meetings and document progress weekly.
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete service to customers within assigned territory.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop and implement promotional programs for territory.
- Attend targeted local and regional industry association conferences and tradeshow events.
- Participate and contribute to company meetings, conference calls, and other activities.

**Education/Experience**

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent sales-related work experience in Environmental Consulting, Engineering & Construction, Industrial Health & Safety, oil and gas, aerospace and defense, renewable and nonrenewable power, civil infrastructure, and manufacturing industries

**Environment**
- This is a safety-sensitive position. Employee will be in an office environment. Employee will bend, walk, stand, and may sit for extended periods of time.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
