Juewei Food Canada is a CFIA-certified food processing company with licensed meat processing capabilities and the ability to export products to the United States. As our operations continue to expand and production capacity increases, we are seeking an experienced, strong, and communicative Plant Manager to take full responsibility for overseeing our facility's daily operations.

Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

  • 全面负责食品加工厂的日常运营,确保生产顺畅、高效、安全

Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient, safe, and smooth production.

  • 确保所有流程符合 CFIA、HACCP、SQF、USDA/FDA(出口美国)等法规要求

Ensure full regulatory compliance with CFIA, HACCP, SQF, and USDA/FDA requirements.

  • 管理生产计划、人员排班、产能分配,并优化生产效率

Manage production scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.

  • 与 QA、QC、Sanitation、Maintenance、Warehouse 等部门密切合作,确保食品安全与产品质量

Collaborate closely with QA/QC, sanitation, maintenance, and warehouse teams to maintain food safety and quality standards.

  • 监督并参与工厂的审核准备(CFIA、SQF、客户审核)

Lead and support audit preparation for CFIA, SQF, and customer audits.

  • 执行成本控制措施,监控生产损耗、物料使用与库存管理

Implement cost control measures and monitor yield, material usage, and inventory.

  • 负责工厂人员管理,包括培训、绩效监督、纪律管理和团队发展

Lead and develop plant staff through training, performance management, and team leadership.

  • 协调设备维修与保养,确保所有关键生产设备稳定运行

Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure all key machinery operates reliably.

  • 推动工厂 5S、健康安全(OHS)和持续改善项目

Promote 5S, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • 与管理层保持清晰沟通,定期汇报工厂运营、生产数据与改进计划

Provide regular operational updates and production reports to senior management.

Job Requirements / 任职要求

  • 至少 3–5 年食品加工厂管理经验(肉类、水产、熟食、中央厨房等优先)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or plant management.

  • 熟悉 CFIA、HACCP、GMP、SSOP、SQF 或等同食品安全体系

Strong working knowledge of CFIA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and SQF.

  • 具备出色的生产管理能力与人员管理经验

Proven leadership in production planning and team management.

  • 能够处理高压环境、快速决策,并有效解决突发问题

Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and solve operational issues.

  • 优秀的沟通能力,能协调不同团队(生产、QA、仓库、维修等)

Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams.

  • 有产线管理经验者优先

Experience managing multiple shifts is an asset.

  • 中英文具备良好沟通能力优先

Bilingual (Mandarin/English) is an asset.
