**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Implement and manage production planning processes to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
- Utilize WebCabs and other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for effective data management and reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process enhancement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor supply chain analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives.
- Manage quality control processes to maintain high standards in product output.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to plant staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production management principles, lean manufacturing techniques, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in WebCab or similar ERP systems; experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge relevant to manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in supply chain analytics and management.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to engage team members at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,129.04-$80,000.00 per year
