New-Line is looking for an experienced Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our expanding company at our Calgary, AB location. Core Job Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the warehouse staff responsible for picking, shipping and receiving; including recruitment, training, performance and timecard management
- Ensure orders are fulfilled daily free from error and packaged/shipped as per customer requirements
- Quality check picked orders for accuracy prior to shipping
- Work with the Branch Manager and Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accuracy for cycle counts and branch transfers
- Communicate effectively both in person and on the phone with customers, couriers, and co-workers
Role Requirements
- Previous warehouse management or supervision preferred
- CRM, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred
- Passion for supply chain and logistics
- Mechanically inclined with forklift experience
- Ability to lift 30lbs. comfortably
- Safety-conscious with high degree of compliance to safety standards

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
