The REALTOR Success Coordinator is responsible for engaging with REALTORS, internal customers, and consumers on behalf of Royal LePage Benchmark. You're responsible for helping REALTORS, internal customers, and consumers with questions or concerns regarding Benchmark products and services. Your duties will include ownership of the administrative function of your designated office, Royal LePage Benchmark as a whole, and leading our Events Coordination, planning and execution.

To fulfill your primary duty of supporting REALTORS, internal customers, and consumers, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Benchmark Event Coordination, planning and execution
  • Lead our Benchmark Impact Grant Fund coordination, planning and execution
  • Performing orientation for new agents of Royal LePage Benchmark including assisting with setting up their computers for office use (e.g. printers, wifi, etc) and helping our agents through their first few weeks in the industry.
  • Handling questions and concerns with a focus on exceptional customer service and first-contact resolution for all agents.
  • Taking responsibility for the daily, weekly and monthly tasks related to your designed office (e.g. Ordering supplies, coordinating work, etc) and, from time to time, our other offices (working with your colleagues).
  • Communicating with our agents and clients directly through email, phone and in person.
  • Receiving orders, calculating charges and processing cheque deposits.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of improved procedures and policies working closely with other departments and each office's REALTOR Success Coordinator
  • Helping our agents know about our suite of tools and services that can benefit them and how to optimize those tools to their business.
  • Where necessary, develop and create support documentation that helps our clients with common questions.
  • Establishing relationships with venues and vendors
  • Sending invitations
  • Reserving event space
  • Coordinating volunteers and other staff when needed
  • Making payments to vendors
  • Managing ticket sales for large events
  • Communicating with clients
  • Creating and executing events budget
  • Calculating billing amounts

Serving as the face of the company, REALTOR Success Coordinators have a major impact on the overall REALTOR experience and REALTOR satisfaction rates when they perform their job duties successfully.

To succeed in their roles, Customer Service Representatives need a variety of skills. Some qualifications that can indicate a quality candidate for the position include:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions in every instance.
  • Multitasking and organizational skills are required to focus on both long-term and short-term goals in a fast-paced environment with many distractions.
  • Active listening and communication skills to help our clients and refer them to the correct people when necessary, as real estate is a highly regulated industry with strict penalties.
  • Strong teamwork skills working with remote team members and engaging with them via email, chat and virtual meetings.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement efficiencies that benefit the company.
  • Technical skills in using voice-over-IP phones and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Google Workspace - Gmail, docs, sheets, slides, forms, etc., Canva, and chat programs.
  • An understanding of social media and other marketing skills used to send invitations and promote events
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring methods for events and the ability to create reports to guide future event coordination improvements
  • Autonomy, passion and perseverance. Working independently to achieve goals and following through on commitments.

Pay: $47,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
