Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand our customer base through warm calling and targeted outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients via telemarketing efforts, demonstrating our value proposition and understanding their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners using effective negotiation techniques to close deals and foster long-term collaborations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize lead conversion opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Qualify inbound inquiries and follow up with tailored solutions that meet client requirements in technology sales and business development contexts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on outbound calling and telemarketing.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to understand complex product offerings in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment to achieve sales targets.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building rapport and trust with prospects.
- Prior experience in marketing or business development roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
