Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand our customer base through warm calling and targeted outreach.
  • Engage with prospective clients via telemarketing efforts, demonstrating our value proposition and understanding their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners using effective negotiation techniques to close deals and foster long-term collaborations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize lead conversion opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and follow up with tailored solutions that meet client requirements in technology sales and business development contexts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on outbound calling and telemarketing.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to understand complex product offerings in the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building rapport and trust with prospects.
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
