We're at the cutting edge of digital solutions for the dental industry, and as we scale rapidly, we need a Performance Manager who can take our marketing efforts to the next level. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge, autonomy, and opportunity—ideal for someone eager to prove their expertise and grow working with a team of 14 people.
What You'll OwnStrategize, build, and optimize high-performing SEM (Google Ads Search & Display) and paid social campaigns (Facebook & LinkedIn) that drive significant results and scale.
Own budget allocation across SEM and social platforms, using performance data to decide where dollars work hardest—whether that means prioritizing Google Search over Meta, or shifting resources to LinkedIn.
Manage and grow a substantial ad budget with financial discipline, reallocating spend dynamically to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and revenue growth.
Analyze cross-platform campaign performance, offering deep insights and making smart trade-offs between SEM and social channels to avoid imbalances.
Innovate with new approaches to audience targeting, creative testing, and retargeting strategies specifically tailored for SEM and social platforms.
Collaborate across marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment and capitalize on new opportunities across all paid channels.
Lead data-driven experimentation to discover what works best across search vs. social platforms, using insights to refine and perfect campaigns.
Take charge of reporting on key KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and others, clearly demonstrating your impact across all ad platforms.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling SEM (Google Ads Search & Display) and paid social campaigns (Facebook & LinkedIn), ideally in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
A proven track record of scaling campaigns and shifting budget intelligently between SEM and social channelsbased on performance.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Manager (SEM), Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and advanced optimization strategies specific to each platform.
Strong financial and analytical mindset—comfortable not only with performance metrics but also with budget reallocation decisions that maximize efficiency across SEM and social.
