Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activity, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Conduct regular analysis of account performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or related fields with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing projects or teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and reporting purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
