Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Anytime Fitness Club Supervisor and lead the charge in creating an energetic, welcoming environment for members and staff alike In this pivotal role, you'll oversee and conduct daily club operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive club success through effective management, engaging sales strategies, and a commitment to member satisfaction. An ability to work alone and in small groups is an integral part of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Completing daily club activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards
  • Manage member relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting membership retention
  • Oversee inventory control and purchasing to maintain a well-stocked and attractive club environment
  • Completing club cleaning, maintenance and laundry on a daily basis.

Experience

  • Some experience within retail sales or fitness clubs
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service excellence
  • Experience with inventory management systems and POS operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A detailed-oriented eye for club cleanliness and experience coordinating with other staff members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
