Hospitality & Dining Supervisor




The Royal
Glenora Club is seeking an enthusiastic, member-focused Hospitality Supervisor
to support our front-of-house team in delivering warm, seamless, and memorable
dining experiences.

As a key
leader on the floor, you will help set the stage each day ensuring our service
environment is polished, efficient, and welcoming. This role is ideal for
someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centered setting and is ready to
develop their leadership skills in a refined, upscale private club environment.

You will
play a critical part in fostering a culture of teamwork, trust, and exceptional
hospitality while supporting staff in real time and ensuring our members feel
valued and well cared for during every visit. This is not a server position.

Key
Responsibilities

Assist with supervising FOH team members including
hosts, bartenders, servers, and expoBuild strong relationships with members by learning
preferences and anticipating needsGreet members and guests warmly and professionally
upon arrivalAssist with the daily operational flow of 61 and other
FOH dining spacesSupport hands-on training to ensure the team
understands expectations and service standardsMaintain clear, respectful communication with all
departmentsParticipate in pre-shift meetings to communicate goals
and recognize achievementsAssist with timely and thoughtful resolution of member
concernsLead by example through professionalism,
accountability, and a member-first mindsetHelp ensure proper floor coverage and support
throughout all service periodsFoster a positive work environment built on trust,
open communication, and mutual respectProvide real-time coaching and support for staff
performance and service execution

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food &
beverage, or customer-service leadershipStrong interpersonal, communication, and
problem-solving skillsAbility to lead by example and support team members
effectivelyA passion for creating warm, memorable guest
experiencesConfidence in fast-paced environments and ability to
remain calm under pressureFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
as requiredProserve / alcohol service certification (as
applicable)
