About the Assistant General Manager Role:

• This is a full-time Salaried Management position reporting directly to the GM
• As the Assistant General Manager, you work directly with the General Manager to lead all aspects of the business
• You are responsible for sales growth, cost controls, adherence of all standards, development & retention of your team, repairs & maintenance
• The two primary goals for the business are; Profitable growth in Guest counts & greater retention of Team Members
• Drive Service team participation in ongoing learning via our online learning system

Assistant General Manager Earnings & Perks:

• $63,000 - $72,000 annual salary
• AGM Bonus Incentive ($10,000 annually, earned quarterly)
