Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for a Wholesale Parts Manager to join the team at Thorncrest Ford.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing wholesale parts to drive growth and profitability
  • Managing relationships with body shops, independent repair
    facilities, and fleet customers
  • Overseeing wholesale pricing, margins, and discount structures
  • Monitoring and optimizing fill rates, order accuracy, and delivery
    performance
  • Working closely with the Parts Manager and Service Department to
    align wholesale strategy with overall dealership objectives

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum three (3) years relevant management experience in a Dealership Parts environment
  • Three (3) years experience as a Parts Advisor or inventory clerk, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Inventory management and product knowledge
  • Communication with the team and OEM.
