Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Parts Advisor withFord brand experienceto join the team at Thorncrest Ford.

  • Have no management or leadership experience but have a drive to learn and evolve
  • Have 2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in a Ford dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently help customers choose parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality services
  • Provide customers with information about accessory parts and specials
  • Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
  • Organize and fill orders out of the stock
  • Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes, or daily pickup
  • Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times

Qualifications:

  • The enthusiasm to be part of one of the fastest growing automotive sales teams in the industry
  • The aspiration to grow beyond this position
  • Experience with Reynolds/CDK system Required
  • Wholesale experience an asset
  • Good time management skills
  • 2+ years of Ford Dealership experience in a parts department Required
