Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales Executive to help grow the wholesale division by creating partnerships with restaurants, bars, cafés, event venues, retailers, and more in the Okanagan and beyond. Your primary role is to establish meaningful relationships and introduce businesses to what Søbr Market offers and help them bring zero-proof options into their lineup.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Connect with local businesses to introduce them to alcohol-free options — in a friendly, no-pressure way.
  • Build and maintain real relationships with owners, managers, and staff so they feel supported and excited about working with us.
  • Bring samples, help customers choose products that fit their vibe, and follow up to make sure they're happy.
  • Check in regularly with existing wholesale partners to make sure they've got what they need, and to help them keep their menus stocked.
  • Stay in touch with the community by popping into businesses, attending events, and showing up where it matters when needed.
  • Keep track of who you've connected with, who needs a follow-up, and who's loving the products so we stay organized and consistent.
  • Keep us in the loop by sharing customer feedback, product suggestions, and anything else that can help us improve.

  • Sales experience or hospitality industry knowledge is great, but not required.
  • Organized, persistent, and good at follow-up.
  • Interested in the growing alcohol-free movement and want to be part of the change.
  • Local to the Vernon area with reliable transportation.
