About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in keeping our customers informed and satisfied by providing clear, friendly, and knowledgeable support.
You'll work closely with our Sales and Shipping Departments to assist customers with:
- Order inquiries and ETA updates
- Warranty and return requests
- Product or fitment questions (training will be provided for this)
- General support via phone, email, and online channels
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys helping people solve problems.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats (Zendesk)
- Coordinate with Sales and Shipping to resolve order or product issues
- Track and follow up on open orders, warranties, and returns
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation within our systems
- Deliver a positive, professional experience in every customer interaction

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfort using computers and learning new software systems
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability

- Previous experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer service
- Interest or background in the automotive or diesel performance industry
