About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in keeping our customers informed and satisfied by providing clear, friendly, and knowledgeable support.

You'll work closely with our Sales and Shipping Departments to assist customers with:

  • Order inquiries and ETA updates
  • Warranty and return requests
  • Product or fitment questions (training will be provided for this)
  • General support via phone, email, and online channels

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys helping people solve problems.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats (Zendesk)
  • Coordinate with Sales and Shipping to resolve order or product issues
  • Track and follow up on open orders, warranties, and returns
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation within our systems
  • Deliver a positive, professional experience in every customer interaction
