Our company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to partner with Stakeholders across the business in translating requirements across NetSuite and Shopify into actionable solutions. This role is crucially important to ensure a shared understanding of both the opportunities and the expected benefits of the planned solutions.

• As the Business Analyst - IT, you will be responsible for the clear articulation and successful delivery of solutions to our stakeholders. You will:Engage stakeholders:
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business units, IT teams, senior management, external partners) to understand context and business needs.
• Document business requirements: Able to separate solution from requirement and succinctly capture requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Document and analyse current business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies through IT solutions.
• Design solutions: Prepare functional and technical specifications that translate business requirements into solutions that will meet those needs.
• Project Support: Provide ongoing support during the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business needs and IT standards.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in developing test plans and support the execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
• Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives by ensuring the business is prepared for the changes introduced including user training and documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and promote opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes, technology adoption, and system efficiency.

• You are an experienced Business Analyst that is able to deliver value in a dynamic and fast paced environment and have a bias for action.
• Strong communication: Clearly conveys complex ideas and requirements to diverse stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
• Analytical and critical thinking: Breaks down problems, evaluates options, and synthesizes data to recommend effective solutions.
• Stakeholder engagement: Actively builds relationships, facilitates collaboration, and manages stakeholder interests to achieve consensus.
• Requirements accuracy: Consistently produces precise, complete, and validated requirements that lead to successful business outcomes.
• Adaptability and continuous improvement: Responds positively to changes and proactively seeks opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably with Retail experience.
• Demonstrated experience working across a variety of NetSuite and Shopify products.
• Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and IT solutions related to retail systems, e-commerce, inventory management, ERP, and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management principles, with the ability to manage smaller projects or work-streams within larger programs.
