Details :

Business Analyst: Supporting the Fraud Business to support process, procedure and policy documentation, gap analysis, mitigation plans, change management action audit findings, support strategy definitions and data analysis as needed

Must have skills:

Experience Level: Advanced Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in a Canadian FII environment, including expertise in fraud management.

Technical Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Visio

Skilled in creating presentations tailored for executive audiences

Advanced Excel proficiency

Experienced in utilizing Confluence and Jira

Effective problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and rectify any hurdles or issues impeding the program.

Strong leadership and team building skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Nice to have skills:

Strong Business Analyst skills, including planning, gathering requirements, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of the business requirements.

Risk Management experience

Soft Skills:

Strong team player with excellent presentation skills

Proficient in engaging stakeholders and effectively gathering requirements
