Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member at Rockii Pickleball, located in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting members and guests, managing bookings and memberships, answering calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area. The Front Desk Staff will also support daily operations, monitor facility activities, and provide excellent customer service to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in customer service and communication to assist members and guests effectively.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties to handle bookings and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Basic computer literacy to manage memberships, reservations, and digital systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build positive relationships with members and staff.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or sports-related setting is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
