Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for a Branch Support Specialist. The Branch Support Specialist will handle day-to-day IT support, network administration, network security, computer support, server configuration, managed backup, troubleshooting, and IT procurement to ensure efficient operations for our clients. They will provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and support the overall infrastructure of our client's IT environments.

Qualifications

  • IT support and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with network administration and network security
  • Skills in computer support, server configuration, and managed backup
  • Proficient in IT procurement and software licensing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and meet client needs
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
