We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead the team at our Calgary location. 

Reporting to the President, this role will oversee day-to-day operational activities for the branch and execute key strategic and financial plans. The ideal candidate will be an established leader who is collaborative, organized and proactively ensuring customer service and satisfaction are a priority.

What You Will Do:

Drive revenue across all areas of the business, along with building
and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts to satisfy
all customers' needsFind new opportunities for sales of new and existing productsReview and implement pricing strategies for key customers, including
maintaining and/or modifying pricing as required and ensuring customers are
adequately notified of price increases as neededEnsure customer orders are accurately filled, cores/products are
returned correctly, and warranty claims are processed in a timely mannerExecute annual budgets and deliver on key metricsCoordinate/manage annual physical inventory count, add, or delete
product categories, product lines, SKUs, and stocking quantities for the branchManage overall critical inventory requirements, overstocks, and obsolete
inventory etcSupport HR related people functions, including staffing levels,
hiring, on/off boarding, coaching, performance management, training, and
developmentMaintain branch/location appearance and general building
maintenanceParticipate in Meetings, Conferences, and Events as requiredComply with all necessary legislation and lawsUphold and embody FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values with customers, colleagues, and stakeholdersChampion FGI's safety culture by ensuring staff are performing all duties within established procedures and practicesOther duties as required

What We Require:

Min. 5 years experience with Aftermarket/Heavy Duty parts in high volume customer service/retail sales setting with leadership/management responsibilities Demonstrated team-building experience that fosters a positive work environmentHands-on approach to ensure customer service is a priority with each transaction Demonstrated knowledge/experience of inventory monitoring
principles and general admin skills is considered a strong assetSolid verbal, written, presentation, and communication skillsValid driver's license with a clean abstract Sound decision-making skills and time management Physically able to lift up to 50 Lbs. if required
