How You Will Make An Impact

  • Oversee branch sales and operations with a strong focus on performance, customer satisfaction, and growth.
  • Lead with market insight by tracking local trends and crafting bold strategies to expand market share and seize new business opportunities. Drive profitability through partnerships by working closely with vendors to boost sales and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Protect what matters by fostering a safe, supportive and successful environment for associates.
  • Build and empower a winning team by ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet service and business demands. Leverage training programs to energize sales and operational capabilities across the team.
  • Leads with energy and focus—motivates the team to deliver on customer expectations and creates a high-performance branch culture.
  • Ignite customer connections by proactively initiating and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients—delivering value through trust, responsiveness, and tailored solutions.
  • Be the voice of the customer by collaborating with cross-functional leaders to resolve issues and elevate satisfaction.
  • Manages full financial performance of the branch, including P&L, inventory, and receivables. Responsible for meeting EBIT, ROIC, and ROS targets.

You Bring

  • 5 years of proven leadership experience with a strong emphasis on sales and operations.
  • 10 years of industry experience, ideally within construction/building materials.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Self-starter with demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Operational Expertise: Skilled in managing daily branch operations including staffing, inventory control, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using business software tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and engage with customers, team members, and leadership.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Quickly identifies challenges and adjusts strategies to implement effective solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
