Job Overview

Love poutine, fast-paced work, and good vibes? The Poutine Shack is hiring Food Truck Helpers/Servers for the 2026 season. You'll be part of a fun, hard-working team serving our signature poutine at pop-ups, festivals, and special events. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and jumping in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly, this could be the perfect seasonal job for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders and handle payments
  • Assemble and serve food
  • Assist with prep and restocking
  • Keep the truck clean and organized
  • Provide friendly, upbeat customer service

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
  • Willingness to travel and work out-of-town (including weekends and longer days)
  • Comfortable working long shifts on your feet

Tu aimes la poutine, le travail rapide et les bonnes vibes ? Poutine Shack recrute des Aides / Serveurs pour la saison 2026. Tu feras partie d'une équipe dynamique et motivée, servant notre poutine signature lors de pop-ups, festivals et événements spéciaux. Si tu aimes travailler avec les gens, rester occupé(e), et donner un coup de main là où c'est nécessaire pour assurer un service fluide, ce poste saisonnier est parfait pour toi.

Responsabilités

  • Prendre les commandes et gérer les paiements
  • Assembler et servir les plats
  • Aider à la préparation et au réassortiment
  • Maintenir le camion propre et organisé
  • Offrir un service client amical et énergique

Exigences

  • Attitude positive et esprit d'équipe
  • À l'aise dans un environnement rapide et dynamique
  • Fiable et ponctuel(le)
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle un atout (non obligatoire)
  • Disponibilité pour voyager et travailler hors de la ville (incluant fins de semaine et longues journées)
  • À l'aise de travailler de longues heures debout
