Crew Truck Pipe Fitter

Job description:
A Crew Truck Foreman is responsible for: daily production, supervision, safety and reporting of specific jobs along with the truck, equipment, and company property as they perform their duties.
You will also supervise labourers and or young/new workers to ensure their safety and on the job training. As a foreman you must also ensure the job is completed to the satisfaction of the client while following all policies, procedures, rules, and applicable legislation.
3 or more years of field experience in oilfield construction and/or maintenance supervision required.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a crew of oil and gas workers in daily activities.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to crew members.
- Monitor progress and productivity of crew members.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures.
- As this is a safety-sensitive role, all candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test to be considered for the position.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Work is completed in a field environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; and extreme cold and/or heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. The employee is frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move anywhere up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
