Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. This role involves engaging with customers, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Greet customers warmly and provide attentive customer service
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
  • Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
  • Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Support team members in serving customers efficiently and courteously

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environment preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, for cashiering and order management
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
  • Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry operations is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
