We're an early-stage startup creating the next wave of team-building experiences — and we're looking for energetic, people-focused individuals to join us as Assistant Facilitators / Event Support.

In this role, you'll work alongside our Lead Facilitators to deliver fun, high-impact events for corporate teams. Every session is designed to spark laughter, connection, and collaboration in the workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Support Lead Facilitators with event setup, materials, and logistics.
  • Engage participants, help run activities, and maintain great energy throughout sessions.
  • Assist with teardown and post-event feedback.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • (Optional) Contribute creative ideas to help improve session flow and participant experience.

Who You Are

  • Outgoing, dependable, and great with people.
  • Comfortable leading small group interactions or assisting high-energy activities.
  • Organized and proactive — you take initiative and enjoy making things run smoothly.
  • Based in Calgary (or nearby) with weekday daytime availability for corporate events.
  • Looking for flexible, project-based work with opportunities to grow.

Compensation

This is a profit-share, per-session opportunity — ideal for someone looking to earn flexible income while being part of a growing company.

  • Earn a percentage of event profits (typically 5–10% per session).
  • Additional opportunities for flat event pay or bonuses for outstanding performance.
  • As the company grows, strong performers can move into Lead Facilitator roles.
