We're an early-stage startup building our first flagship sessions here in Calgary — and we're looking for creative thinkers and collaborators to join us as Session Developers / Creative Contributors.

In this role, you'll help design, test, and refine new team-building programs that combine fun with real workplace impact.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with our Program Development Lead to design and improve session activities.
  • Help create guides, materials lists, and timing outlines for upcoming programs.
  • Participate in brainstorming and test sessions to refine the experience.
  • Ensure each session aligns with 's vision for fun, connection, and purpose.
  • (Optional) Assist in live events to see how sessions perform in real time.

Who You Are

  • Creative and curious — you love turning ideas into real experiences.
  • Experienced in education, facilitation, or creative design (or simply passionate about building engaging group activities).
  • Detail-oriented and reliable — you follow through on what you start.
  • Based in Calgary (or nearby) and open to occasional in-person collaboration.
  • Excited by the idea of helping build a brand from the ground up.

Compensation

This is an early-stage profit-share opportunity — perfect for someone who wants to help shape something meaningful while sharing in the rewards.

  • Earn a 5% profit-share from the first 3–5 sales of any session you help design (capped profit-share).
  • Optional opportunities to facilitate or co-deliver sessions for additional pay.
  • As the company grows, future paid and leadership roles will open for proven contributors.
