Service delivery includes specific employment-related group workshops and opportunities for clients to complete industry certification training to enhance employability and confidence in securing and maintaining employment. LEEP is integrated with individualized employment service programming at the agency, all of which address barriers to employment and move individuals away from poverty and towards socio-economic well-being.
