Brenco Industries is a leading provider of high-quality metal cutting, bending, and fabrication solutions. We are seeking dedicated Machine Operator to join our team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in metalwork or manufacturing is preferred
  • Basic understanding of measurements, especially in Imperial units (inches, feet, fractions).
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively with a team.
  • Good attendance and reliability are crucial.
  • Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn; training on equipment and safety protocols will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret work orders and shop drawings, following verbal instructions.
  • Operate a variety of metal processing equipment, including saws, drills, shears and punches.
  • Measure finished parts using tape measures and calipers; clean, count, and stack completed items.
  • Operate cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, performing basic maintenance as needed.
