Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Dining Room Attendant (Waiter/Waitress) to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-quality dining experiences, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome and cared for.

You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth dining room operations — from greeting guests and taking orders to maintaining cleanliness and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure prompt, accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area before, during, and after service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Assist with setting up tables, refilling water glasses, clearing dishes, and resetting for the next guests.
  • Follow all resort and food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Food Handler's Certification or Smart Serve certification (an asset).
