Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Scarborough, ON. The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining records, and managing communications. Responsibilities also include assisting with clerical tasks, handling phone calls with professionalism, and providing executive-level administrative support. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other relevant office software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
