About Us:

We are a fast-growing real estate team looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This role supports day-to-day operations, ensures smooth client communication, and contributes to our marketing efforts, especially on social media.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Client Support

  • Provide executive assistance and overall administrative support to the team
  • Act as a Client Coordinator by answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Assist in preparing for open houses, new listings, and client appointments
  • Manage real estate paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and compliance documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems, calendars, and task lists
  • Support daily office operations and ensure processes run smoothly

Marketing & Social Media

  • Assist in creating marketing materials for new listings and open houses
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts to promote listings, open houses, and team updates
  • Support marketing campaigns across social media platforms
  • Provide basic graphic or content support for marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in real estate administrative role
  • Familiarity with real estate paperwork and CRM systems
  • Experience with TRREB/MLS is an asset
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to commute to the office from Monday-Friday

Compensation:

$22-25 per hour, based on experience
