We are seeking a passionate, experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our Pizza culinary team . The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of food service operations. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing menus that reflect our brand identity, overseeing all kitchen activities, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety.

Duties

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current food trends while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while managing inventory effectively.
  • Monitor kitchen performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure that all Menu items are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health codes.
  • Develop operational procedures.
  • Analyze data (SOS, Guest Feedback, and, profitability) to identify operational opportunities and apply problem-solving methodology to create training solutions for franchisees across Canada.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry.
  • Strong background in restaurant management with an emphasis on team management and development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in food preparation techniques across various cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
