As we grow, we're looking for an Executive Chef who can help build on the solid platform we've built by elevating our offerings, sharpening our culinary identity, and pushing the kitchen toward its next level of potential.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for a visionary Executive Chef to take on a leadership role in a restaurant with momentum and room to expand creatively. You'll have the autonomy to help guide our culinary direction while working within a supportive ownership team.

We're looking for a talented chef who wants to create, collaborate, and build on our existing foundations while taking the food program to the next level.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef).
  • Strong operational leadership: scheduling, labour management, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Proven experience maintaining a safe, hygienic, and compliant kitchen environment, aligned with Ontario standards.
  • Expertise in menu planning and development, including:
  • Seasonal menu changes
  • Weekly features
  • Design and launch of a new lunch program
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both FOH and BOH teams.
  • A passion for high-quality, ingredient-driven cooking.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a team with positivity and professionalism.
  • A hands-on leadership style and a desire to help shape a growing restaurant's culinary identity.
