Role Summary

We're looking for experienced painters to support interior and exterior projects. This role is well-suited for individuals who are confident in their skills, work cleanly and efficiently, and are interested in long-term opportunities as the company expands. Initial engagement may be contract-based, with the option to transition to a longer-term position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, masking, and patching
  • Applying finishes using brush, roller, and spray equipment
  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Working independently or as part of a small crew to meet project timelines
  • Communicating clearly with leads and team members on-site

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on professional painting experience
  • Strong technical ability in interior and exterior applications
  • High attention to detail and respect for client spaces
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional on-site
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
