We are hiring **full-time seasonal house painters** in the Vancouver area from **May to August**. This is a hands-on, outdoor summer job with strong earning potential and **opportunities for future promotions** within the company (Crew Leader, Operator).

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and gaining practical job experience. **No prior painting experience is required** — full training is provided.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Preparing job sites (scraping, sanding, masking)
- Painting residential interiors and exteriors using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Setting up and safely working on ladders and equipment
- Following safety procedures and company painting systems
- Communicating professionally with team members and homeowners
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites

**Compensation**

Our painting systems allow:

- **Top painters to earn $25-$30/hour**:

- **Average painters to earn approximately $23/hour**
- Easy-going with a positive attitude

- Able to work independently and take direction well

**Requirements**:

- Available to work **full-time for most of the summer**:

- Own reliable transportation (job sites change frequently)
- Comfortable with manual labour in summer heat
- Able to safely perform ladder work

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
