Description:
The Coordinator, Business and Technology plays a key role in supporting Health Link 811 operations by ensuring seamless technology and process integration. This position is responsible for managing technology provisioning, inventory, and information systems, while maintaining accurate documentation and SharePoint content to support operational consistency. The Coordinator assists with software and hardware implementation, testing, and project coordination to ensure technology enhancements meet user needs and organizational standards. Additional responsibilities include overseeing issue management, monitoring data integrity, and contributing to training materials and end-user education. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel contact center environment and have a talent for building strong relationships while delivering technology-driven solutions. Acting as the first point of contact for technical issue resolution, the Coordinator ensures timely and effective solutions that maintain service continuity. Working closely with internal teams, IT, and external partners, this position ensures technology and business processes align to deliver accurate, accessible information and an exceptional user experience across Health Link platforms.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Database Management, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered. Strong attention to detail with the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities. Proven ability to work independently, manage tight timelines, and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrated teamwork skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and use appropriate discretion in all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Information Management. Strong understanding of record and information management principles. Familiarity with project management, business analysis and change management principles and practices.
