About the opportunity:

The London Site Administrative Assistant Student is responsible for supporting the London site and working collaboratively with the R&D LAN Administrative and London site leadership. Responsibilities include support to sharepoint access / design support, inventory management, shipping / receiving, London site access logistics and special projects assignments within the team.

The attributes we are looking for:

• Support London site with inventory management, shipping / receiving and other logistics
• Support R&D Sharepoint initiatives and documentation in support of R&D LAN
• Update and implement a standard inventory data base by bringing it to a level to be easy to maintain.
• Under supervision support physical inventory counts & monitoring of R&D product shelf-life trials initiatives, storage including expired product, trial batch storage location irregularities.
• Support to RINR department special project initiatives

What you will bring:

• Enrolled in a University degree or College diploma in Business admin, or related discipline
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts of business processes and information systems
• Self-motivated, resourceful and with a methodical, thorough approach to researching all aspects of an issue
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment`
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to operate standard office applications such as Microsoft Office programs, MS Outlook, MS Teams, with advanced MS Excel skills
