About the Role

The Head of Sales at Alvéole is responsible for how we create demand, open new doors, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships across commercial real estate portfolios in Canada, the United-States, and Europe. You'll oversee a team of sales managers (Business Development Representatives + Account Executives) and account managers, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to build a consistent, scalable B2B go-to-market motion.

The person in this seat must be able to help their teams build high quality pipeline, build trust with senior decision-makers across commercial real estate, and convince the right people to join us on this journey toward more sustainable, nature-connected cities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a clear, data-driven sales strategy aligned with company growth targets and market positioning.
  • Lead a team of BDRs, AEs, and Account Managers to hit quota, improve conversion, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build relationships with ESG leaders and decision-makers across the global real estate ecosystem - leveraging your networks, partnerships, and influence.
  • Translate relationships into measurable outcomes: multi-building partnerships, regional contracts, and portfolio-wide deals.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine messaging, ICPs, and lead-generation tactics that reach senior buyers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless hand-off from sale to delivery, driving value realization and renewals.
  • Work with Finance and BI to forecast accurately, monitor sales efficiency, and ensure healthy margins.
  • Represent Alvéole externally at conferences, client events, and in sustainability forums as a credible ambassador of our mission and brand.

  • Predictable, data-driven revenue forecasting and strong pipeline coverage.

  • A connector with a strong personal network in real estate, sustainability, or ESG-driven sectors, and the ability to open new doors fast.
  • A commercial leader skilled at turning interest into impact through disciplined process and team execution.
  • A coach and operator who develops talent, creates clarity, and drives accountability across teams.
  • A mission-driven seller who is inspired by purpose, but measured by outcomes.
  • Bilingual (EN/FR) required;
  • Experience in North American and European markets is a plus.
