Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing (Growth & Demand) at Axya, you will own and drive our go-to-market engine. You'll define positioning and messaging, build impactful campaigns, and create compelling marketing collateral that fuels pipeline generation and expansion opportunities.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with the opportunity to evolve into a managerial position as the marketing function scales and the team grows. If you have a proven background in SaaS marketing, particularly in manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the marketing foundation: Define Axya's positioning, messaging, and target segments within manufacturing and procurement.
- Create impactful collateral: Develop high-quality presentation decks, customer one-pagers, case studies, and other materials that drive pipeline creation and expansion opportunities.
- Own demand generation: Lead inbound (content, SEO, paid, social) and outbound (email, LinkedIn, ABM) campaigns, as well as co-marketing and event initiatives.
- Develop field marketing: Plan and execute targeted conferences, executive roundtables, and other high-impact experiential events.
- Optimize the funnel: Establish and monitor MQL SAL SQL definitions, track conversion metrics, and ensure high-quality lead flow to sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales and BDR teams to align campaigns, prioritize accounts, and refine messaging based on real-time market feedback.
- Leverage tools & data: Manage Axya's CRM/marketing automation stack (HubSpot preferred), maintain data integrity, and report on campaign performance.
- Be both strategic and hands-on: Execute day-to-day tactics while laying the groundwork for scalable growth.
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain technology.
Demonstrated success in demand generation and pipeline building through inbound and outbound strategies.
Strong communication and storytelling skills: able to craft clear, compelling messaging and visuals.
Product marketing experience creating sales and marketing collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and campaign materials.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
Strategic thinker who can execute tactically and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
