Medical Device Sales Representative – Surgical Supplies (Canada-Wide)

We're a leading Canadian distributor of premium plastic surgical supplies trusted by surgeons nationwide — and we're expanding.
We're looking for experienced, entrepreneurial Medical Device Sales Representatives to represent market-leading products and build strong relationships across hospitals, surgical centers, and OR teams throughout Canada.
This is an independent contractor field role designed for top producers who want freedom, control, and uncapped earning potential — backed by strong products and a seasoned support team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, surgical centers, and hospitals
- Conduct in-person visits in ORs, clinics, and facilities across your territory
- Drive sales growth — identify opportunities, manage accounts, close deals
- Control your own strategy: schedule, territory, and client engagement
- Represent premium, respected brands in the plastic and reconstructive surgery market
Must-Haves
- 3+ years medical device / surgical supply sales experience
- Strong, established network in the surgical community (preferred)
- Direct selling experience to surgeons / OR managers (not GP-focused)
- Proven closer — self-directed, disciplined, relationship-focused
- Based in Canada + eligible to work as an independent contractor
Nice to Have
- Past experience with brands like: Integra, ASSI, Keir Surgical, Medtronic, Stryker, Synthes, Mentor/Ethicon, etc.
- Knowledge of sterile technique, wound closure, OR product workflows
- Existing hospital purchasing / OR relationships
