Outside Sales Representative

Modern Eavestroughing is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell Gutters / Eavestrough to residential and commercial customers.
Join our dynamic team as an Outside Sales Representative, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the success of our company.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Sales for residential and commercial clients
- Leads are Provide
- Door to door is required to expand customer base; cold call potential clients to generate potential business opportunities.
- Returning calls for leads within 24-48 hour period.
- Following up on quotations given out.
- Maintain a high level of communication with all internal and external channels.
- Turn in contracts with necessary contract documents.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience doing inside or outside sales -construction industry an asset
- Must be bilingual
- Excellent relationship building ability
- Track record of sales success and demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Excellent communication skills (strong phone etiquette and face to face service)
- Flexible: some evenings and weekends as desired
- Motivated, collaborative, results oriented, competitive and customer focused
- Must be team focused and work closely with managers and other internal departments
- Must have own transportation
- Must hold and maintain a current and valid G Ontario Driver’s License
Compensation: Commission paid by Weekly.
Potential Sales Territory: Set territory in the Ottawa region
Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
**Experience**:
- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- construction industry: 2 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- G Drivers License Work Location: In person
Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
