As part of our development in North America, ALTIOS is recruiting an
Internal Accountant
based in
Montréal
, with solid prior experience, to manage the internal accounting of our Canadian and US subsidiaries.

Reporting to the Administrative & Financial Manager for the Americas, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate accounting and administrative management of both entities.

MISSIONS

  • Manage the
    full accounting cycle for ALTIOS Canada and ALTIOS USA
    : transaction entries, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, supplier follow-up and payments
  • Oversee the accounts receivable process
    : client invoicing, receivables reporting, follow-ups and cash-flow support
  • Perform
    intercompany reconciliations with Group subsidiaries
    and manage
    internal retrocessions
    after client invoicing
  • Provide
    administrative support
    : expense report validation, internal document follow-up, coordination with Finance teams and external accounting partners
  • Contribute to the continuous
    improvement
    of accounting and administrative processes

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • At least
    2 to 3 years of experience
    in accounting, ideally in a multi-entity or international environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including advanced Excel
  • Fluent English

- Strong rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously

Business travel to the US office in New York is expected twice a year.
