Part-Time Real Estate Admin & Marketing Coordinator
I'm looking for a part-time administrative and marketing professional to help support my real estate business with consistent systems, quality client care, and strong daily marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace of real estate, has solid judgment, and can take ownership of recurring tasks without constant oversight.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily marketing tasks across social media, Google Business, and my website.
- Organize and update Follow Up Boss with new leads, tags, and action plans.
- Support all listing prep: scheduling photographers, stagers, cleaners, and contractors.
- Prepare marketing materials including Canva graphics, listing descriptions, feature sheets, and email content.
- Assist with client care systems from first inquiry through closing, including communication touchpoints, checklists, and coordination with lawyers and service providers.
- Maintain brand consistency across all posts, materials, and campaigns.
- Pull daily Westshore market updates and help prepare short content pieces.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration, marketing, client care, or a related role.
- Familiarity with real estate systems and workflows; licensed or unlicensed is fine.
- Strong comfort with Follow Up Boss (or similar CRM), Canva, social media platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive mindset with strong organizational habits.
