  • Required Certifications:
     Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Preferred Certifications:
     Integration Architecture Designer, Application Architect
  • 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Expert-level knowledge of 
    Apex
    , 
    Flows
    , 
    LWC
    , and Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong experience with API integrations and DevOps best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development and Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into business terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new Salesforce features using 
    Apex
    , 
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    , 
    Flows
    , and 
    Triggers
    .
  • Build and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including 
    Sales Cloud
    , 
    Service Cloud
    , and 
    Marketing Cloud
    , as well as AppExchange packages.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using 
    Copado
     and 
    Git
    .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Support two Sales Cloud instances, contribute to a B2B Marketing Cloud integration, and play a key

role in refactoring our CRM to drive sales efficiency, automation, and customer experience

improvements for our growing Media Sales organization.

  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and integration designs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize code, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
