You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills, translating business needs into smart, efficient systems. Detail-oriented and organized, you're comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team to drive innovation and results.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, etc.)Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party ecosystem (Power Automate, Heroku/Mulesoft APIs, etc.)Manage source code using version control (e.g., Git)Handle database schema design, performance tuning, and large data volume strategiesOptimize and refactor existing customizations for performance and scalabilityCollaborate with stakeholders on CRM strategy, data architecture, and automation initiativesSupport integrations with third-party vendors and our loan origination systemEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulationsYou will work very closely with the Salesforce Admin, so being a strong team player is essential.
