Business Performance Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a role focused on financial operations and system support. This position will play a key role in managing invoicing processes, building financial and operational reports, and supporting system implementation projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, review, and process invoices and accruals accurately and on time.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements.

· Develop and maintain financial and operational reports for leadership.

· Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

· Assist with system implementation and configuration tasks and process documentation.

· Provide troubleshooting and user support for financial and operational systems.

· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve processes.

· Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Qualifications

· Strong understanding of financial processes (invoicing, reporting).

· Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and building dashboards.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a changing environment while meeting deadlines.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Takes ownership of their work, results driven, and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

· At least 3 years of relevant experience.

· Background in finance, accounting, or operations.

· Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.

· Experience with dashboards and power query

· Familiarity with imaging services or servicing companies is an asset.

· Experience with Microsoft Field Service, Business Central and QuickBooks considered an asset

Our ideal candidate can operate in a fast-paced environment, is detail oriented, and has strong modeling and dashboard experience. A detailed background check will occur for this position along with completion of a review from Commissionaires in Calgary.

Work is on site 4 to 5 days/week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
