Join our dynamic team at GC Leasing Ontario Inc. as an Internal Sales Manager . In this pivotal role, you will support our external sales team in Toronto, driving the company's growth initiatives and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service

The Internal Sales Manager is integral to fostering effective communication among suppliers, clients, and sales representatives. You will undertake a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, facilitating sales efforts, and nurturing essential relationships within the B2B landscape

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key intermediary between external representatives, suppliers, and clients, facilitating smooth and effective communication to optimize interactions.
  • Handle financing requests, contracts, and related documentation with diligence and precision, ensuring adherence to deadlines and organizational protocols.
  • Professionally manage incoming communications, including emails and calls, with a solution-oriented approach, demonstrating a commitment to resolving queries efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Represent the company and its offerings, qualifying potential sales opportunities, and passing them to the sales team for further action.
  • Coordinate lease terminations effectively, ensuring a smooth transition among all stakeholders involved.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and meticulously monitor files, including follow-ups on outstanding payments, thereby providing essential insights to the team.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries or issues, proposing appropriate solutions, and showcasing your proactive problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a B2B environment with various stakeholders, including business owners, representatives, and accountants.
  • A strong customer-oriented mindset characterized by responsiveness, curiosity, and a knack for proposing effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate messages clearly and professionally.
  • A results-driven approach accompanied by persistence and strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism in managing conflicts and navigating challenging situations to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Flexibility and receptiveness to feedback, fostering personal and team performance improvement.
  • Experience in credit analysis and knowledge of the legal structures of SMEs is considered an asset.
