Supreme Food Service Ltd. is a fast-growing B2B wholesale food service distributor and Cash & Carry operation. We supply restaurants, catering companies, cloud kitchens, grocery stores, and convenience stores across the Greater Toronto Area.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who can manage Cash & Carry Sales, Field Sales Reps, and Wholesale Sales and drive strong growth across all channels.

Only candidates with Food Distribution Sales Leadership experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Cash & Carry Sales, Field Sales Team and Wholesale Accounts
  • Build and execute sales growth strategies for all sales channels
  • Drive continuous growth in revenue, order frequency and market share
  • Support reps in bringing new customers (restaurant / grocery / convenience)
  • Up-sell and cross-sell to maximize revenue per customer
  • Conduct weekly field visits with representatives for coaching & performance improvement
  • Maintain pricing discipline & margin control
  • Recruit, train and onboard new sales staff as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and management teams to resolve customer issues quickly
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reporting to executive management

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years Sales Management experience in Wholesale Food Distribution / Cash & Carry
  • Experience managing Field Sales teams and in-warehouse Cash & Carry sales
  • Proven record of increasing revenue and market share
  • Strong network in restaurant, grocery & convenience sector
  • Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills
  • Valid driver's license & own vehicle required
  • Ability to work independently and drive high performance culture
