Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our Chinese BBQ restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making alcoholic drinks, providing exceptional customer service while creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and food safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
  • Accounting for the bar including alcoholic drinks and soda beverages.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is required.
